WINNER OF INTERIOR DESIGN CONTEST
November 2019
In a global media design competition held by Find Your Level, KSD was awarded winner for the month of October 2019 for our design at Guardian Drug Company's newly finished corporate office wait area. The design featured wallcovering by Level, along with modern seating and colorful finishes.

In its most recent fixture specification literature, Birchwood Lighting & Leviton featured KSD's interior and lighting design at Guardian Drug Company's corporate lobby. The design featured multiple layers of the Birchwood 'Erika,' a geometric LED fixture.
KSD SELECTED BY PORT AUTHORITY NY & NJ

After submitting a proposal to perform Call-In services for the Port Authority of NY & NJ through the year 2021, KSD was awarded the package out of approximately 50+ firms. In the following few years, KSD plans to bid on and perform subject services for the government authority on multiple types of projects.
BAPS ROBBINSVILLE - PHASE IV

Last year, KSD was chosen to design the interiors for the new Welcome Center and administration building of the BAPS spiritual organization at their Robbinsville campus, which is planned to become their largest in North America. Building IV construction is now underway, scheduled to be completed in 2021.
LUXURIOUS LIVING IN PROGRESS

The president of our pharmaceutical client company asked KSD to design a grand new residence for his family. Now well under construction, the 15,000 square foot home features cozy areas for the family as well as plenty of spaces for the entertainment and enjoyment of guests that visit.

After completion of their stunning new offices and laboratories by KSD on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Guardian Drug building expansion, construction is now underway for Guardian's new 1st floor pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, cafeteria and lobby.
A MAJOR RELOCATION : AED OFFICES

As a fast-growing firm, Allied Engineering & Design's offices were in need of a larger space than what they currently had at their Logan Township location. KSD designed an efficient, economical and modern new office fit-out for their expanding team, which is currently in its last phase of construction.
