A Modern Classic

With an ambitious plan to continue his flourishing business and develop a headquarters for his painting company, Tony Singh, CEO of Fine Group partnered with KSD to design and transform a dilapidated 1970's warehouse into a modern yet classic office setting. KSD Architects was enlisted to design new professional offices, a Boardroom, cafeteria & warehouses within a 45,000 s.f. building. As the Executive Architect, KSD was involved in preparing As-Built existing condition drawings, preparing blocking diagrams, completing permittable documents and consulting on the complete interiors including finish and furniture selections.
