An Evolving Plan for Coalescence
After considerable company growth and success, Jubilant Cadista needed to grow their Yardley team and consolidate their Northeast company headquarters. KSD Architects was enlisted to interview corporate department heads, perform program studies for the company's five-year plan, and design new professional offices, a Boardroom, & cafeteria within a 20,000 s.f. leased space. As the Executive Architect and Interior Design Studio, KSD was involved in preparing As-Built existing condition drawings, preparing blocking diagrams with consideration for adjacencies & flow, completing permittable documents and designing the complete interiors including finish and furniture selections.
With the use of renderings and mood boards, various design concepts and palettes were prepared to review with the CEO and user groups for approval before KSD developed a DD and CD package. During Construction Administration, tactful decisions were made to incorporate COVID-19 safety measures within the office. The clients were extremely happy with the end result.
