A Functional Shift

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. purchased an existing 3-story multi-tenant office space to relocate 200+ staff from a leased space. KSD was involved in preparing As-Built existing condition drawings, interviewing various company departments for the preparation of statistical programming, & preparing blocking diagrams with consideration for adjacencies & flow. Various concepts were prepared to review with the user groups for approval to develop a DDP and CD package. KSD was also involved in the complete furniture and finish selection process.
